The city’s Odawara Castle access FAQ states that the keep has no elevator. It separately describes ramp access to the main plaza. A route through the grounds therefore does not mean the keep itself is step-free.

Keep collection time beside the train time
Odakyu’s luggage-specific page lists collection by 16:30. A late admission or extended opening at the castle does not extend that deadline. For lockers, check the particular bank’s access conditions. Leave time for the walk back, collection and finding your train’s gate.
Check the castle visitor information and current notices for the facilities you intend to visit. The park, keep and other exhibitions have distinct arrangements; do not assume every part follows one timetable.

The center at Honcho 1-7-50 ordinarily closes at 17:00; confirm collection when leaving the bag. It is separate from the Odakyu station counter and Nariwai rest house.
