A: For Storage, Shipping around Japan is in the $30-50 range. For ship-able products from the site, shipping is calculated at checkout, you can see them before you pay.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If the order is for storage, the storage space is allotted immediately and no refunds are possible. If it's for product, these are collector pieces and all sales are final.

Q: Are all the products brand new?

A: Silk Crane's collections are rare vintage discovered in Japan therefore there are some signs of age and use.  If the items are new it is mentioned in the product page.
