Meet Max

Max is the store GM and answers your WhatsApp and email messages and works with our shipping managers on day-to-day operations. He also reads and checks our luggage storage guides and ordering system. If you have ideas for enhancements of the site or serivce, just let him know!

Max visited Japan on a scholarship during his university years and studied Japanese. He then worked in logistics between Japan and the USA for years before joining the Silk Crane team.
