  • Payment: They accept cash and credit cards.

B. From Hotels (Tokyo, Kyoto, Niseko, etc.)

  1. Dry It: Make sure your gear is fully dry.
  2. Get a Waybill: Use the return waybill included in your previous shipment, or pick one up at your hotel, 7-Eleven, or Yamato center.
  3. Choose Payment:
    • PINK Waybill: Pay cash/card at the counter.
    • ORANGE Waybill (Chakubarai): Pay nothing now; SilkCrane invoices you later.

Shipping back to Hokkaido from Honshu (Tokyo/Osaka/Kyoto) takes 2–4 days on average.
