Find Crosta Osaka outside the JR gates
For a case needed back today, Crosta Osaka lists temporary holding on 1F, beside Nippon Travel Agency at the north side of the central concourse, outside the JR gates. Its published holding hours are 9 am–8 pm. Check current acceptance conditions, charges and the collection deadline when leaving your bag.
The JR central gate is the operator’s nearest gate landmark. Its access directions also describe step-free approaches from other JR gates. If you use a locker instead, save the floor, operator and locker number; a general Umeda location is not enough to find the same case later.

LUCUA’s official service guide says there are no lockers inside LUCUA osaka. It directs visitors to JR Osaka Station lockers on floors 1 and 3, outside the ticket gates. Choose a bank with space for your actual case before beginning the shops, or use a holding counter that accepts it.

Allow for the railway you will use after collection
JR Osaka Station and the Hankyu, Hanshin and Metro stations in Umeda are separate collection landmarks. Shin-Osaka is a different station for Shinkansen services. Include any walk or train connection after collecting your suitcase, especially when the case is stored away from the railway you will use.
