The outlet’s official service guide lists free lockers using a refundable coin, available from 10:00 to 19:30 for that day only. The page does not state the coin amount; follow the instructions on the locker.

- Large: 80 cm high × 40 cm wide × 42 cm deep.
Measure the suitcase including wheels and handles before relying on those dimensions. Refrigerated lockers are a separate facility. Save your locker location and collect before the deadline; a listed compartment size does not guarantee an empty locker on arrival.
If the case will not fit, ask your hotel about holding it before setting out. Keep a fallback in mind rather than making a train connection depend on finding an empty large compartment.
Treat the outlet as its own Hiroshima outing
THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA is in Saeki-ku. Use the official access guide to choose your outward and return journey. It is a separate shopping destination from Hondori and the station retail complexes; leave time for travel as well as browsing.
