Storage can be a useful pause for your gear.
Add ski maintenance or golf-club cleaning while the equipment stays with Silk Crane. You can also ask about clothing and other care needs.
Storage and optional care are separate purchases. Choose the work you need and arrange special requests before they are carried out.
Send luggage from your hotel front desk or a convenience store using your Silk Crane instructions. Monthly and annual storage plans are available; shipping is charged separately.
The jacket stays with a note for its care
Imagine finishing the winter trip with skis ready to store and a jacket needing attention. You identify the clothing separately and describe the care you would like.
Once the work is agreed, the gear can stay in Japan while you continue the holiday or head home with less to carry.
After the winter stay, sign up and use the supplied instructions for the marked clothing and packed gear. Keep everyday essentials during shipping and arrange later delivery after the agreed care.

For dry cleaning and technical fabrics, use the clothing-care guide. Share the garment, treatment needed and next-use date so availability and price can be checked.
Keep care and delivery in the budget
Allow time for the agreed work and later shipping. Optional care is not included in the base storage price; use the shipping estimates for the bags’ next journey.
