Happo terminal lockers and collection hours
The Happo Information Center service guide lists opening hours of 08:00–17:00 and coin lockers priced ¥200–¥1,000 during business hours. Its largest stated compartment measures 52 cm wide, 56 cm deep and 116 cm high.
Check bag fit, the actual locker’s instructions and the time you can retrieve it. Do not plan around a late bus alone: locker access can end earlier. If the case does not fit, ask your hotel about holding rather than assuming the information counter will take it.
A ticket counter is not a luggage receiving address
Happo’s published guidance says it does not receive and store arriving luggage. Its parcel service handles small parcels; large luggage and ski or snowboard equipment should go through a hotel or Yamato service office. That distinction matters if you were planning to send a case ahead of arrival.
