Choose storage for your Tokyo trip
An art afternoon between Tokyo stays
Picture two friends adding Borderless before several days travelling beyond Tokyo. They sign up for Silk Crane and follow the supplied sending instructions, sending the spare suitcase from their hotel front desk or a convenience store. They keep compact bags with everything needed during shipping and arrange delivery to their final hotel before flying home.
If they have already left the hotel with the packed case, a convenience store can be their sending point. At Azabudai Hills, they follow Borderless's entrance and locker instructions for today's belongings, then enjoy a meal without the large suitcase deciding where they can go.

Check what can enter the exhibition
The official teamLab Borderless visitor guide lists items exceeding 50 cm among its prohibited exhibition belongings and says free lockers are available. Check the current rules and the actual locker before relying on it for your bag.
For a large case, agree holding with your hotel or another suitable local service before the visit. Keep documents and essentials with you and follow staff directions for belongings at the entrance. A statement that lockers exist does not establish that every suitcase fits or that a compartment will be available.
Choose the correct teamLab venue and station
Borderless is at Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza B, B1. The venue identifies Kamiyacho Station Exit 5 and Roppongi-itchome Station Exit 4 as approaches. Roppongi-itchome on the Namboku Line is distinct from Roppongi Station on the Hibiya and Oedo lines; save the full station name when planning collection.
Check the venue and address on your ticket. teamLab Planets is a separate Toyosu attraction, and the old Odaiba Borderless location is not the address for this visit. For shopping, museums and a wider neighbourhood stay, use the separate Roppongi visitor guide.
For the rail connection, use the separate Roppongi Station luggage storage guide. It covers the station layout and return to locally stored bags.
Send the extra case and arrange its return
Sign up for your storage plan and follow the supplied sending instructions. Send from your hotel front desk or a convenience store, keeping documents, medicine and everything needed during shipping with you. A Yamato service center is another sending option.
Silk Crane receives shipped belongings for monthly or annual storage and later delivery. Shipping is charged separately. Before sending, confirm that your later hotel can receive the case and plan your luggage delivery dates around Tokyo. The storage and shipping cost guide explains the separate charges.
Questions before you go
Is Borderless still in Odaiba?
This guide concerns the current Azabudai Hills venue. Follow the address and access information on the official Borderless site and your ticket.
Can I take a full-size suitcase into the exhibition?
The official guide excludes items over 50 cm. Arrange suitable holding before entering rather than expecting to wheel the suitcase around the exhibition.
Are Roppongi and Roppongi-itchome the same station?
No. The Borderless access guide names Roppongi-itchome and Kamiyacho. Record the exact station and exit for the route you choose.
Does Silk Crane store luggage at the museum?
No. Send the spare belongings from your hotel front desk or a convenience store using Silk Crane’s instructions and arrange later delivery. Keep the visit’s immediate belongings in suitable local holding.
