Keep the clothes and essentials needed during shipping in a smaller bag, with delivery arranged to your final hotel.
If you are already out with the packed suitcase, a convenience store gives you another sending point after signup. For the view, follow the venue’s rooftop belongings rules and arrange local holding for any bag you need tonight. Leave time to collect it before continuing to dinner or the next train.
Arrange large luggage before reaching the attraction
Shibuya Sky’s official visitor information asks visitors to leave large baggage such as wheeled cases in nearby lockers rather than bringing it into the venue. Plan hotel or local holding before your booking; do not treat the attraction as a full-size suitcase storage counter. The venue also lists shibuya-san tourist information & art center on Shibuya Fukuras 1F for larger luggage, subject to space. Its luggage-storage hours are 10 am–7:30 pm, earlier than the center’s general closing time. Check current acceptance and collect before 7:30 pm; an evening observation-deck visit may need a different holding plan.
The venue also has separate rules for belongings taken onto the rooftop. Follow the current staff instructions and use the designated lockers for items that cannot go outside. Those rooftop arrangements do not replace planning for a large suitcase before entry.
Keep the view and luggage collection in the same plan
Use Tokyu’s Shibuya locker locations when arranging station-area holding. Save the exact collection floor and bank before continuing to Shibuya Scramble Square; the building entrance and your luggage collection point may be on different sides of the station area.
