Imagine arriving in Tokyo with clothes for a longer journey. Once you have signed up for Silk Crane and received the sending instructions, pack the clothes and essentials you need during shipping into a smaller bag. Send the extra suitcase from your hotel front desk or a convenience store.
If you are already out after checkout, the convenience store can be the sending point. Continue exploring and arrange delivery of the stored suitcase for the later hotel stay when you need its contents again.

Start with your assigned address
Use the current address and suite number supplied for your account. Sign up before the shipping day when possible; these details connect the incoming bag to you.
Need to send immediately?
If you have signed up and are ready to ship, call Silk Crane or use the website WhatsApp contact. Wait for your account’s address and instructions before handing over the luggage.

Choose a convenient handover
Use your hotel, a convenience store or a carrier counter for an ordinary suitcase. Sports gear uses its own carrier service. Ask about arranging pickup if needed. Shipping from major cities usually takes about 1–4 days; use the shipping estimates to plan its separate cost.

Can I send luggage after landing?
Yes. Once you have your account’s sending instructions, arrange shipment from an airport counter, hotel, convenience store or carrier counter.
Can I send before receiving my suite number?
Wait for your assigned address and suite instructions so the shipment can be identified correctly.
How long does it take to reach storage?
Usually about 1–4 days from major cities, depending on the route and transport conditions.
