Follow the Yamato shipment to the storage address

• Keep the Yamato tracking numberUse it to follow carrier progress from the sending counter through domestic delivery.

• Read the delivered scan correctlyA Yamato delivered scan means the carrier completed delivery at the address; it does not yet mean storage check-in is complete.

• Look for Silk Crane confirmationSilk Crane separately matches the package to the customer name and suite, enters it into storage, and sends a check-in confirmation.

Put your name and suite number on every piece

• Use the current welcome emailCopy only the current Silk Crane storage address and phone number supplied for your account.

• Complete the recipient lineIdentify the recipient as Silk Crane and add your customer name and assigned suite number.

• Mark each physical bagPut the same name and suite number on every suitcase, sports bag, case, box, or separate package.

Describe the contents and keep the waybill copy

• Describe what is insideUse an accurate, plain-language contents description for the luggage or sports gear on the waybill.

• Check the account details againConfirm the storage address, phone number, customer name, and suite number before handing over the shipment.

• Retain the sender copyKeep the waybill or tracking copy until both Yamato delivery and Silk Crane storage check-in are complete.

Contact Silk Crane if check-in confirmation is delayed

• Compare the two signalsFirst check the Yamato tracking status, then look for the separate Silk Crane check-in message.

• Share the tracking numberIf Yamato shows delivered but the storage confirmation has not arrived, contact Silk Crane with the exact tracking number.

• Keep shipping costs separateThe carrier charge is separate from storage and follows the package and route. Review current shipping estimates.
