The official notice closes the northwest shore of Oike, from Momiji Hiroba to below Oike Elementary School, from October 31, 2025. It states that there is no detour and a full circuit cannot be completed. The closed section is private land; respect barriers and signs.
Choose an open lakeshore stretch and return along the permitted route. Check the latest notice before travelling, and plan your return transport around the place where your case is stored. Avoid an itinerary based on an old one-hour full-lake walking description.
