Ask Tosaterasu about the service you need
The official Kochi Tabi Hiroba page lists temporary luggage holding at Tosaterasu, immediately outside the south exit. It also describes a separate local accommodation-delivery service. Holding for collection and sending to accommodation are different arrangements.
Confirm bag acceptance, the service’s deadline and where the case will be afterward. Keep the receipt and any collection instructions. If you want the case that evening, this local option may suit; if you can send it away through several stops, Silk Crane storage serves a longer part of the journey.
Build collection into the trip back
Before heading downtown, save the actual departure point for your train or bus. Do not assume every bus leaves beside the same station entrance. Leave time for collection and the final walk to boarding, especially after a relaxed meal.

Match the sightseeing bus to your bag collection
The official MY-YU bus guide places the normal station departure in Kochi Tabi Hiroba’s parking area on the south side. The last Katsurahama return on the weekend and holiday timetable arrives at the north-side bus terminal instead.
