1. What does your long-term storage service include?

Our service includes secure, climate-controlled storage for your ski and snowboard equipment during the off-season (or as long as you need). We label your items, monitor temperature and humidity, and ensure they’re ready to be shipped back to you when needed.

2. How do I arrange for pickup or drop-off?

• Pickup at your accommodation: We can pick up your gear directly from your hotel or condo in Niseko.
• Drop-off at partner locations: Alternatively, drop off your gear at one of our partner locations or send it via local courier.

3. Is my equipment safe and insured while in storage?

Yes. Your equipment is carefully handled, protected against theft and damage, and stored in a climate-controlled environment, up to USD $1000 per snowboard/ski bag and USD$250 per luggage piece. Extra insurance options are available for high-value items.

4. How long can I store my gear?

You can store your skis or snowboard for as long as you need— to multiple seasons—with flexible plans available.

5. What if I want my gear delivered to a different part of Japan next season?

No problem! Simply let us know your preferred destination, and we’ll arrange delivery anywhere in Japan—including popular ski spots like Hakuba and Furano.

6. Do you offer maintenance or cleaning services?

Yes. We can arrange for cleaning, waxing, or a full tune-up prior to storage. Just mention your requirements during booking.

7. How do I know the cost and how do I pay?

Costs depend on the number and size of items, duration, and additional services. Request a quote on our website or contact our Ski & Snowboard Storage Team. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods.

9. What if my travel plans change?

We’re flexible. Contact us as soon as possible to adjust pickup/drop-off dates or delivery locations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

10. What’s the best way to prepare my skis or snowboard before storage?

• Clean & Dry: Ensure your gear is completely dry to prevent rust or mildew.
• Protect Edges: A quick edge check and light waxing (or rust protector) help avoid damage.
• Remove Accessories: Unmount removable parts when possible.
• Pack Carefully: Use a sturdy, padded bag or box to safeguard your equipment during transit.
