2. How do I arrange for pickup or drop-off?

• Pickup at your accommodation: We can pick up your gear directly from your hotel or condo in Niseko.
• Drop-off at partner locations: Alternatively, drop off your gear at one of our partner locations or send it via local courier.

3. Is my equipment safe and insured while in storage?

Yes. Your equipment is carefully handled, protected against theft and damage, and stored in a climate-controlled environment. Extra insurance options are available for high-value items.

4. How long can I store my gear?

You can store your skis or snowboard for as long as you need—from a few months to multiple seasons—with flexible plans available.

5. What if I want my gear delivered to a different part of Japan next season?

No problem! Simply let us know your preferred destination, and we’ll arrange delivery anywhere in Japan—including popular ski spots like Hakuba and Furano.

6. Do you offer maintenance or cleaning services?

Yes. We can arrange for cleaning, waxing, or a full tune-up prior to storage. Just mention your requirements during booking.

7. How do I know the cost and how do I pay?
