Our service includes secure, climate-controlled storage for your ski and snowboard equipment during the off-season (or as long as you need). We carefully label your items, keep them in a temperature- and humidity-monitored environment, and ensure they’re ready to be shipped back to you whenever you return to Niseko—or wherever else you’d like them delivered.

2. How do I arrange for pickup or drop-off?

Pickup at your accommodation: We can coordinate to have your gear picked up directly from your hotel or condo in Niseko.

Drop-off at our partner locations: You can drop off your equipment at one of our partner locations or send your gear via local courier to our warehouse.
3. Is my equipment safe and insured while in storage?
We treat all stored equipment with the utmost care. Your equipment is protected against theft and damage while in our care, up to USD $1000 per snowboard/ski bag and USD$250 per luggage piece. If you have additional concerns, you can opt for extra insurance coverage for high-value gear. Just let us know, and we’ll assist you with the process. 4. How long can I store my gear?
You can store your skis or snowboard with us for as long as you need—whether it’s just for the summer months or for multiple seasons. We offer flexible plans so you can choose what works best for your travel and skiing schedule.
5. What if I want to have my gear delivered to a different part of Japan next season?
No problem! Let us know your preferred destination, and we’ll ship your gear there when you’re ready. We can deliver anywhere in Japan—including major ski destinations like Hakuba, Furano, and beyond.
6. Do you offer any maintenance or cleaning services?
Yes. We can arrange for a basic cleaning and waxing service before storing your equipment so it’s in peak condition when you return. If you need a full tune-up, just mention it at the time of booking, and we’ll coordinate the details.
7. How do I know the cost and how do I pay?
Costs vary based on the number and size of items stored, the duration of storage, and any additional services (like maintenance or tuning).
