USA shopping, ship to Japan shipping rates exceptions:

Some exceptions could apply for extra packing work or shipment specific requests. Taxes may be levied on the Japan side, depending on shipment items. We declare the items as you specify from your instructions.

How USA shopping and shipping to Japan membership works:

• SIGN UP Sign up with one of our available plans. Upon renewal of the term, we'll send a link to a subscription that will renew automatically going forward.
• WELCOME EMAIL We will then send a welcome email that gives you your suite number and address. This takes a day.
• GO SHOPPING Next go shopping and ship your items to your suite at our service! As you see items arrive when you track your orders, you can advise us what to consolidate and ship.
• LIST YOUR SHOPPING ARRIVALS FOR FORWARDING At that time all you have to do is list the tracking for the item arriving at your suite, the item and it's value. We will prepare the shipment or consolidate multiple items for you and ship, based on your instructions.
• WE SHIP TO YOU Standard shipping is via Yamato to Japan from our USA location.
  
• INSURANCE Insurance coverage is a maximum of $2,500.00 USD. In the event of a loss we do not file a claim, it is a claim that the importer, you the customer, files with Yamato.

Shipping Large Items from USA to Japan?

We can arrange logistics for large items as well like furniture, cars, building supplies etc. Ask and we can arrange it!

Shop USA, ship to Japan is fun but there are Items That cannot be shipped to Japan - Read Carefully

Like the post office the usual items are prohibited. Anything flammable, any batteries that are lithium based. Medicines and fresh foods top the list. Click here for a more detailed list. While not a riveting read, it's worth reading as there may be some items on it, you did not expect. Also we would charge extra fees to coordinate items that must be researched or disposed of.

It must be noted that you are responsible for both sides of the shipping. You ship from yourself to yourself so are declaring no prohibited items are in the shipment and take full responsibility for the items and their safety in the transportation system.
