The official Tosu services guide places the lockers in the food court. Small compartments are ¥300, medium ¥400 and large ¥500. The listed large compartment measures 80.2 cm high, 35.7 cm wide and 51.3 cm deep, with eight large lockers.
Measure the whole suitcase, including wheels and handles. A wide case may fail the width check even when its height fits. If it is too large, or lockers are full, the information centre lists holding at ¥800 with conditions. Ask about acceptance before relying on that option.
Collect all locally held baggage during opening hours. Photograph the locker location and keep the key or receipt with you, then leave enough time to collect before your bus. A later restaurant finish does not extend the bag’s agreed collection time.

Use the official train and bus access guide to choose a route from your starting point. It includes connections through JR Tosu and Nishitetsu Ogori; check the current timetable for the day you visit.
