THE OUTLETS KITAKYUSHU Luggage Storage: A Lighter Shopping Day
Share
Enjoy the open-air shopping streets at THE OUTLETS KITAKYUSHU with a small bag and room for something new. With Silk Crane’s monthly and annual storage, send spare luggage from your hotel front desk or a convenience store and arrange delivery for a later stop. Earlier purchases can stay in storage while you continue your journey. Shipping is charged separately.
For belongings you need again today, the outlet lists refundable coin lockers and free cloak service. Check your bag carefully: the cloak counter’s combined size limit is 115 cm, and local bags must be collected by 7:30 p.m.
Shop between stays with the larger case already sent
Picture leaving a Kitakyushu hotel before continuing across Japan. Your suitcase contains purchases and clothes you will not need until your final stay. Sign up with Silk Crane, follow the supplied sending instructions and send the case from your hotel front desk before heading to the outlets.
Keep everything needed during shipping, including documents, medicine and clothes for the next stops, in your smaller bag. If you are already out with the packed case, a convenience store can be your sending point. Browse the outlet shops, keep today’s finds manageable and arrange delivery to a later hotel that can receive the stored suitcase.

Choose local holding for a bag needed today
The outlet’s current services guide lists medium lockers at 53 × 35 × 45 cm and large lockers at 80 × 35 × 51 cm, in height × width × depth order. Payment is refunded after use. Access is 10 a.m.–7:30 p.m., with same-day use only.
The free cloak counter at 1F information accepts items with combined length, width and height of 115 cm or less. Bring identification; reservations are unavailable and capacity is limited. It is not an oversized-suitcase fallback. Keep valuables, electronics and documents with you, and check the counter’s content restrictions.
Collect by 7:30 p.m. The information desk also lists shipping acceptance from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; that earlier deadline concerns sending a parcel, not collecting a stored bag. Leave time for the correct service before continuing your evening.
Plan the shopping visit and your onward journey
The official rail access guide shows the approach from Space World Station. Check your onward train before shopping, especially if your next departure is from a different station.
For a bag needed tonight, agreed holding at a hotel you will return to may fit better than carrying it to the outlet. If collection at Kokura suits your journey, use the Kokura Station luggage guide and allow time to return there. The outlet and Kokura are separate stops.
Our Kitakyushu luggage guide helps fit shopping into a longer visit. Choose the places you want to enjoy and keep the bag’s collection point consistent with where the day finishes.
Send packed purchases and arrange later delivery
Set up your Silk Crane account before sending and use the receiving details you are given. Your hotel front desk or a convenience store can be the sending point for a packed suitcase or purchases. For shipping at the outlet information counter, ask about packaging, acceptance and dispatch before relying on that separate service.
Use our shopping-purchases guide when today’s finds are ready to send. Arrange delivery in advance to a hotel that can receive them. A local bag needed after shopping belongs in same-day holding; Silk Crane’s shipped storage is for belongings you can leave out until a later part of the trip.

Questions before your outlet visit
Is luggage storage free at THE OUTLETS KITAKYUSHU?
The operator lists refundable coin lockers and free cloak holding. Check compartment dimensions or the cloak counter’s 115 cm combined-size limit, and collect by 7:30 p.m.
Can the cloak counter take my large suitcase?
Only if it meets the published combined-size limit and the counter’s other conditions. Do not assume a large suitcase will be accepted because holding is free.
Can I send my luggage from a convenience store after checkout?
Sign up with Silk Crane and follow the supplied sending instructions. Keep everything needed during shipping with you and arrange delivery for a later stop.
