Toki Premium Outlets Luggage Storage: Browse With a Smaller Bag

Give the shops at Toki Premium Outlets your attention without steering an extra suitcase through every doorway. With Silk Crane, send spare luggage from your hotel front desk or a convenience store, travel with a smaller bag and arrange delivery to a later hotel in Japan. Monthly and annual storage keep belongings you do not need for the next part of your trip out of the way; shipping is charged separately.

A shopping day before a week with a smaller bag

Picture a Nagoya stay followed by Kyoto and Hiroshima, with a final night back in Nagoya. Your larger suitcase holds clothes and shopping you can leave until that last stay. Before your Toki visit, sign up for Silk Crane and follow the supplied instructions to send it from your hotel front desk or a convenience store. Keep the clothes, medicine and documents you need during shipping and the week ahead.

You can browse the outlet with a daypack, try on a jacket and take a lunch break without finding room for a rolling case. Arrange delivery to your final hotel in advance, so you can pack your purchases there before flying home.

Toki’s lockers and baggage holding for today’s bags

The official Toki service guide places the lockers in front of Mamanoreform. Its large lockers cost ¥500 and measure 80 cm high, 35 cm wide and 51 cm deep. Smaller lockers are also listed. Check your packed case against the internal dimensions before relying on one.

The Information Center in front of the Food Court lists baggage holding for ¥800 per item when a bag is too large for the lockers or the lockers are full, subject to its conditions. Ask the desk about your bag and collect it during the facility’s opening hours. This suits belongings you need again after shopping.

Choose the return station before you start shopping

Toki Premium Outlets is in Gifu Prefecture. From Nagoya, the official access guide shows train-and-bus journeys through Tajimi or Tokishi Station on the JR Chuo Line.

Check the current bus timetable for your chosen route and decide which departure you want for the return. If you leave luggage at the outlet, allow time to collect it before walking to the bus stop. A local locker works best when that collection fits naturally into your afternoon.

Send from your hotel front desk or a convenience store

Choose your Silk Crane plan before sending and use the supplied address and sending instructions. If you are already out with the packed suitcase, a convenience store lets you send it without returning to the hotel. Keep documents, medicine and the belongings you need during shipping in your smaller bag.

Arrange the later delivery in advance and check that your receiving hotel can take the shipment. Monthly and annual storage are separate from shipping charges. The shopping and storage guide explains how to prepare the belongings that can wait.

Send purchases that can wait until your later stay

Mamanoreform also offers domestic shipping. Ask the counter about packing and charges for your purchases, and use your Silk Crane sending instructions if you are sending them into storage. You can also prepare a parcel and send from your hotel front desk or a convenience store.

For several parcels or purchases you want combined with stored luggage, arrange the details with Silk Crane before sending. The purchase consolidation guide explains the next steps. Keep something you want to wear tonight with you; storage and later delivery are for the things that can wait.
