Choose storage for your Osaka trip

An Osaka view before the journey continues

Imagine shopping at Abeno Harukas before a week of further travel. Sign up with Silk Crane, follow the supplied sending instructions and send the spare suitcase from your hotel front desk. Keep the clothing and essentials needed for that week and shipping time, and arrange local holding for tonight’s bag.

With only daily essentials, take a park break and enjoy the view through Harukas 300’s tall windows. Arrange the stored suitcase’s delivery to your later hotel, allowing shipping time before the belongings are needed again.

Use the department store’s services for a shopping visit

Abeno Harukas Kintetsu department store’s service guide lists paid temporary baggage holding and domestic shipping at the Wing Building B1 service centre. Ordinary lockers are listed in Wing B2 and 2F as free, and Wing B1 as paid. Check the actual compartment, bag acceptance and collection hours when you arrive.

Refrigerated lockers in Tower B2 serve a different purpose. Keep fresh food for today rather than sending it into ordinary storage. For clothes and other packed purchases you can set aside, arrange sending from your hotel front desk or a convenience store and later delivery with Silk Crane. The shopping and storage guide explains the practical sequence.

Harukas 300 does not provide luggage holding

The observatory’s current Japanese FAQ states that there are no dedicated coin lockers and that belongings, including strollers, are not held for visitors. Arrange your suitcase before going up. Do not rely on older translated information suggesting observatory lockers.

For a bag needed that evening, use holding agreed with your accommodation or a suitable facility in the station area. The separate Tennoji Station storage guide distinguishes JR, Metro and Kintetsu locations so collection remains practical after the view.

Plan Tenshiba and the observation floors as one afternoon

The Tenshiba park entrance area provides space for a pause near the stations, with shops and places to eat around the open area. Choose how much time you want there before the observation-deck visit, rather than trying to fit every nearby attraction into one bag-collection window.

Harukas 300’s official floor guide distinguishes the indoor panorama on 60F from the return floor on 59F and the courtyard level on 58F. Allow for admission, lifts and the descent before returning to your bag. The view depends on weather and visibility.

Send the extra case and arrange its return

Book your storage plan and follow the sending instructions. Ask your hotel front desk to help arrange the shipment, or use a convenience store or a Yamato service center. Keep documents, medicine and everything needed during shipping with you.

Silk Crane receives shipped belongings for monthly or annual storage and later delivery. Shipping is charged separately. Before sending, confirm that your later hotel can receive the case and plan your luggage delivery dates around Osaka. The storage and shipping cost guide explains the separate charges.
