• Keep valuables with youDo not place cash, passports, jewelry, high-value electronics, or other valuables in stored luggage.

Tell Silk Crane about every lithium-ion battery item

• Disclose before sendingTell Silk Crane before sending a bag with power banks, spare lithium-ion batteries, or devices with built-in lithium-ion batteries.

• Clearly tag the itemClearly tag the battery-containing item inside an otherwise suitable bag so staff can identify it for separate handling.

Pass both the storage check and the Yamato route check

• Treat them as separate checksStorage acceptance and Yamato shipping restrictions are not the same; the item must work for both the destination and the carrier route.
