Choose lockers or the separate holding counter
Kadoma’s official facilities guide lists ordinary lockers on 1F near the central escalator, West B escalator and Costco-side entrance. Sizes and payment methods vary by bank. Compare the actual case with the compartment and keep its location.
The same guide identifies a courier counter at the 1F northwest entrance offering temporary luggage holding and domestic sending, with listed hours of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Confirm bag acceptance, charges and your collection deadline there. Refrigerated lockers are a separate facility, not a large-suitcase alternative.
Keep collection in the shopping itinerary
Kadoma combines a large shopping complex with outlet browsing, so your final shop may not be near the bag. Save the exact floor and bank or counter, and plan enough time to return before moving to your departure point.
