Mount Inasa luggage storage: send your suitcase from the hotel and enjoy Nagasaki’s evening view with a small daypack.

Mount Inasa luggage storage: plan an evening above Nagasaki

Watch Nagasaki’s harbor lights appear with a small bag beside you. Silk Crane lets you send the spare suitcase from your hotel into monthly or annual storage and arrange delivery when you need it later. Leave the extra case out of the Mount Inasa evening; shipping is charged separately.

Choose storage for your Nagasaki trip

An evening with no extra case to collect

Imagine a Nagasaki stay near the end of a longer Kyushu journey. Your spare suitcase holds purchases for the final hotel, while a small daypack has what you need now. Send the suitcase from your hotel to Silk Crane and arrange delivery to that later stop.

At Mount Inasa, you can watch the harbor and hillside streets light up without taking the extra case uphill. Keep the return transport in your plan, then continue the evening with the smaller bag instead of adding a suitcase collection detour.

Choose luggage holding before the uphill journey

For a case needed again tonight, ask your hotel about holding and agree when you will return. If you use the Nagasaki Station storage options, check the actual locker or counter deadline before deciding how late to stay.

This guide does not confirm a general suitcase-storage service at the mountain. Bringing a case uphill in the hope of finding one adds an uncertain step. Settle the bag in town, or send surplus belongings into longer storage before this part of the trip.

Distinguish the ropeway from the slope car

The official Mount Inasa visitor guide describes separate routes: the ropeway starts at Fuchi Shrine, while the slope car connects the mid-mountain park with the summit. A route to one boarding point is not a route to the other.

As checked on September 28, 2026, the slope car is suspended for maintenance. The operator’s reopening notice announces resumption on October 3. Check the current Mount Inasa operating information for your date, including weather-related changes. Leave time for any queue, the descent and local luggage collection before the next departure.

Send the extra case and arrange its return

Book your storage plan and follow the sending instructions. Ask your hotel front desk to help arrange the shipment, or use a convenience store that accepts it or a Yamato service center. Keep documents, medicine and everything needed during shipping with you.

Silk Crane receives shipped belongings for monthly or annual storage and later delivery. Shipping is charged separately. Before sending, confirm that your later hotel can receive the case and plan your luggage delivery dates around Nagasaki. The storage and shipping cost guide explains the separate charges.
