Imagine planning two weeks of rail travel after a longer stay in Tokyo. You choose storage for the extra suitcase and allow for sending it in and having it delivered to your final hotel.
Once those parts are in the budget, you can get back to choosing the little inns, restaurants and day trips along the way.
After choosing the plan, sign up and use the supplied instructions to send the spare case from your hotel front desk or a convenience store. Keep the clothes and essentials for the rail journey and shipping, with later delivery arranged for the final hotel stay.
Understand the total
The everyday storage work is included
Receiving and identifying your bag, keeping it in storage for the selected term, administering the account and preparing an ordinary retrieval are included in your plan.
No extra ordinary setup charge
You do not need to add standard setup, intake, account or retrieval-preparation fees. The delivery from storage is a separate shipment.
Add shipping, materials and optional care
Budget each shipment and any sports-gear cover. Maintenance, cleaning, custom handling and enhanced insurance are separate or individually arranged.
Count the journeys you expect
Start with the storage plan, then use the shipping estimates for each movement. An airport surcharge, when applicable, is already within the carrier shipping amount; it is not an extra Silk Crane destination fee.

What does the storage price cover?
Ordinary intake, identification, storage, account administration and retrieval preparation are included for the selected package and term.
Is shipping included?
No. Shipping into storage and later deliveries are charged separately.
Are cleaning and maintenance included?
