If no suitable compartment is available, ask staff where to look next or contact your hotel; a rail ticket desk is not automatically a baggage counter.

The tourism association’s hotel-delivery page identifies the tourist office at the central exit on the first floor as its reception point. Delivery is taxi-based, with terms and cost depending on the trip and bags. Confirm the accommodation can receive them.

Yes, JR East lists them. This confirms the facility, not a reservation or a guarantee that a large compartment will be free.
Is hotel delivery the same as station holding?
No. The tourism association’s service sends bags by taxi to accommodation. Confirm the destination and terms before using it.
Can I leave luggage with the tourist information office?
Ask what service is currently available. Its published hotel-delivery offer does not by itself establish a general hold-and-collect counter.
Can I use Silk Crane without returning to Hirosaki?
