Send your finds as the trip unfolds
Once your storage account is ready, follow the sending instructions for your purchases and bags. Your hotel front desk or a convenience store makes dispatch convenient along the way.
When you know the return plan, identify the parcels and ask us to combine purchases with stored luggage. A short list of the contents helps us understand what should stay together and what needs its own protection.
Give the fragile finds the space they need
A glazed bowl and a heavy pan may need different protection. We look at shape, weight and fragile contents before combining them; making one parcel is not useful if it puts your shopping at risk.

Plan one return around the packages you actually have
Combining suitable contents may reduce the number of parcels you collect. It can also make the end of a shopping trip easier to organize: a clear package count, a destination and a planned delivery date.
The finished parcels still need to meet the shipping size and weight limits. Arrange delivery to a later hotel or discuss a Yamato airport departure-counter return ahead of your flight.
Compare the final packing and shipping cost
Consolidation can reduce package count, but it does not always reduce the bill. Larger parcels or additional packing can change the cost. We base the arrangement on safe packing and the resulting shipment, rather than promising a saving in advance.

Will combining my purchases reduce shipping costs?
It may reduce the number of parcels, but savings are not guaranteed. Safe packing, size, weight, handling and the final packages determine the charge.
Can I send purchases from different stops in Japan?
Yes. Follow the instructions for your storage account so each shipment can be identified. Before the return, tell us which parcels you want reviewed together.
Can everything go in one suitcase?
Not necessarily. Fragile, heavy or awkwardly shaped items may be better kept separate. We will discuss special packing where needed.
