3. Route Your Mail/Packages to Us: Shop online or send your items to your dedicated Japanese address, where we'll receive, tag them and securely store them in your dedicated shelf space.
4. Temporary Storage of your mail & packages at Our Japan Hub: Our hub is located in the Sapporo area with reliable shipping to and from any location in Japan. Store your packages in our secure facility for as long as you need. You decide when and where to forward them and how to consolidate them.
5. Forward your mail & packages to you desired address in Japan: When you're ready, we'll handle the logistics and ensure your items are consolidated safely delivered to any address within Japan.　
6. Please note that the mail & package forwarding fee is not included in the Mail Box in Japan Monthly plans.
