Find holding for the suitcase you need today
The Shisui visitor-services guide lists lockers in the lounge behind the Information Center and beside Calvin Klein and United Arrows. Compartment sizes and payment methods differ. The same guide lists Information Center holding for oversized bags or when lockers are full, at ¥1,000 per item.
All baggage must be collected during opening hours. Confirm the current deadline when leaving the case, and keep the location with your return-journey details. If you need the suitcase for tonight or a flight today, use local holding rather than sending it into storage for later delivery.
Leave time for collection before the journey back
An outlet visit can easily grow from a few planned shops into lunch and another circuit. Decide the last useful departure for your actual destination before starting. If Narita Airport is next, work back from the airport arrival time you need, allowing for baggage collection and the journey.
