Where to leave a bag you need today
The mall’s locker guide lists banks near the 1F bus terminal and the 1F general-information toilets, by the central west-side toilets on 2F, and beside Sports Park on 4F. Check sizes and prices at the chosen bank. Refrigerated lockers are a different facility.
The 2F delivery-counter guide places the counter near the Pocket Park entrance. Its cloak service accepts luggage 10 a.m.–3 p.m. and holds it until 6 p.m. that day. Ask about the bag’s size, fee and capacity before leaving it.
General counter hours are 10 a.m.–7 p.m., with last acceptance at 6:55 p.m.; that later time is not the cloak collection deadline. Holiday schedules can differ. Shipping and receiving services are separate from same-day holding.
Give shopping and collection their own time
The mall’s train and bus guide gives JR Takeshita as a nine-minute walk, with bus approaches also listed. A case left at Hakata Station still requires a return to Hakata; it does not move with your shopping plans.
