  • We'll send a welcome email in about 24 hours with your address and suite number.
  • Pack your bicycle in a case or box and send it to our secure storage facility located near Sapporo. If you are unable to arrange shipping, your hotel front desk will usually do it. If you cannot, let us know and we can send a pick up to the location of your choosing. Shipping is paid by the customer and normally a few thousand yen per bike case around Japan.

  • We store your Road Bicycle, Mountain Bike safely at our Japan valet location: Upon reception, your gear is labeled with your name and order number. If your shipment includes multiple items, they are all carefully tagged and tracked. Your items will be kept in a climate-controlled space for as long as needed -- whether that be until the next ski season or your preferred delivery date.
• NATION WIDE DELIVERY IN JAPAN
  • Retrieve your Road Bicycle, Mountain Bike anytime, anywhere in Japan. We ship it to your designated next Road Bicycle, Mountain Bike adventure location in Japan:
  • Simply notify us where you want your item delivered and we will have it shipped there and ready for you on the day you request.
  • This service can be repeated multiple times and is valid for one year.
  • We'll advise the shipping charge before shipping and give you a link to pay it. Within Japan most such shipments are a couple to a few thousand yen, depending on size and destination.
