Secure luggage and sports gear storage in Japan

Store luggage, skis, snowboards, golf equipment, or a bicycle case while you travel. Choose your storage item and payment plan above, then send your items to our storage location from within Japan.

How it works

  1. Choose your storage item and plan. The customizer shows the current price, amount due now, and renewal terms before you add anything to your cart.
  2. Receive your storage address. After checkout, we email your storage address and suite number with arrival instructions.
  3. Send your items. You can usually ship from a Japanese airport counter, hotel, convenience store, or another address in Japan, subject to the carrier's parcel limits.
  4. Request delivery when you are ready. Tell us your destination and preferred delivery date. We confirm the separate shipping charge before dispatch.

Choose the right plan

  • One month, paid once: one month of storage with no automatic renewal.
  • Monthly recurring: charged now and every month until cancelled.
  • Annual recurring: charged now and every year until cancelled. Family storage plans are annual only.

Storage care and security

Items are labeled and tracked after arrival and kept in our climate-controlled storage space with 24/7 SECOM security. Make sure equipment is clean and completely dry before shipping it to storage.

Shipping and retrieval

Shipping to and from storage is charged separately from the storage plan. We can send items to destinations across Japan, including hotels, ski areas, and supported airport delivery counters. Review our shipping estimates or contact us for help with an unusual route or item.
